All of our health centers are open Monday through Saturday. Hours of operation vary according to location. To make an appointment, please call the appointment line at the health center you would like to visit.

Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of service. PPMW accepts cash and major credit cards. Additionally PPMW accepts several types of health insurance, including Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaiser, Anthem, Mamsi, and Medicaid. When making an appointment, please confirm that your insurance is currently accepted by PPMW.
